1. About VettedVest

VettedVest is a credentialed professional directory that connects investors with real estate investment advisors who have been independently reviewed through our structured vetting process. VettedVest is a directory service only. We do not provide investment advice, manage assets, or act as an intermediary in any financial transaction.

2. Directory disclaimer

VettedVest's credentialing process — including license verification, regulatory record checks, track record confirmation, and peer review — is designed to provide meaningful quality signals about listed advisors. However:

• A credential or verification badge does not constitute a guarantee of advisor competence, suitability, or fitness for any particular investor's needs
• VettedVest makes no representation that any listed advisor is appropriate for your specific financial situation
• Investors are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging any advisor
• VettedVest is not liable for the advice, conduct, or actions of any listed advisor
• Past performance and credentials do not guarantee future results

3. Advisor listings

Advisors listed on VettedVest have paid an annual listing fee for visibility on the Platform. This fee is compensation for directory services only and does not constitute a referral fee, finder's fee, or compensation tied to any investor transaction. Advisors are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information and must maintain active credentials to remain listed.

4. Credentialing standards

VettedVest applies a three-tier credentialing framework as described on the Platform. These standards represent our internal quality benchmarks and are subject to change. VettedVest reserves the right to remove any advisor from the Platform at any time for any reason, including failure to maintain required credentials or violation of these Terms.

5. User conduct

Users of this Platform agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Misrepresent credentials, experience, or professional standing in any submission
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce Platform content without written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with Platform functionality
• Submit false or misleading information in any form

6. Intellectual property

All content on this Platform including text, design, logos, and the VettedVest credentialing framework is the intellectual property of VettedVest. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VettedVest and its founders, officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any advisor listed herein. Your use of this Platform is at your sole risk.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VettedVest and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your reliance on any advisor found through the Platform.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Pennsylvania.

10. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email.
